Chapter 2-The Grand Motive: The general and me have had a strict law on immigration from the start. But the country that hindered our immigration policies the most was Texas. They were above us. We had no idea it would start a blood bath but it did. The Texans would daily commit crimes in their homeland and flee to our home to stay out of law jurisdiction. The Mexican military wasn't even able to subdue some of these criminals from hell's blaze. All of Mexico's people grew tired of this happening constantly. But the men it bothered the most was General Cordova and me. It made us feel inferior, humiliated, disgusted, terrified, angry, and vengeful. It got so bad we had to do something big. Something that would make the General look horrible but be a good decision for the good of Mexico. All Texans who entered Mexico were to be executed on the spot. We closed the borders and begun our hatred toward Texas. Every Mexican knew it meant trouble to be around a Texan. People loved Cordova for it and also hated him for it. Cordova became like a brother to me and he became my hero. He was not afraid to have a back bone when all signs point to bending over and taking it. So to all you Texans who read this as I may be dead if you have, our cause was not evil. We thought our decisions in total detail and knew would save thousands in the long run. The ultimate evil was the poor local Texan criminals who treated Mexicans like dirt. So sit there looking like a fool as you fought for the right of criminals to cause more destruction, pain, suffering and distress!
