 Zombie Rules

Zombie Rules:


- No meta-gaming! This means once a place is announced that it is being looted, zombies cannot go directly there unless alerted by sound.
- Once infected, you have 24 in game hours before turning.
- Must switch to zombie character.
- Zombies can only use Bowie knives.
- Have 10 lives during aggressive period on Stronghold, Once 10 lives are up they must stop attacking the location and migrate elsewhere.
- Lives lost only when shot in the head
- Can sprint when they find prey
- May not climb ladders nor buildings but can climb over fences
- Must be a minimum of 2-3 zombies in roleplay session.
- Zombies will be allowed to transport.
- 30 minute non-aggressive periods per stronghold. (Zombies must stay outside and cannot attack "Strongholds") followed by 10 minutes aggressive periods. If survivor or zombie spawns outside or vice versa, either group must wait until the person returns to correct "side".
- All zombies start in Blackwater/Great Plains. Once Blackwater is cleared they progress East to West across map "taking over" places/towns/hideouts(5-10 mins) followed by a 15 minute cool-down period. Once area is taken over it is announced over global chat and it is then considered a checkpoint. After a checkpoint is conquered the zombies can then directly transport to it at any given time. If checkpoint is not yet conquered zombies must transport OUTSIDE of area.

*During non-aggressive times zombies may attack gang hideouts, and stragglers/looters in towns, or areas not in stronghold recently attacked, and have infinite lives, still only using a knife. However, not all zombies have to attack the same Stronghold at the same time, i.e. if there is more than one Stronghold established they can be attacked simultaneously or alternately.  


**Strongholds**
Areas that have a minimum of 3-4 survivors and in which they have fortified(Set up defenses).
