It was three years ago when The American Army invaded Mexico, what the Army did there is well remembered. But there was another faction there fighting alongside the Army they were a group of volunteers known as the Sons of Liberty. They fought harder then any other fighting force on the planet. Poorly equiped and heavily outnumbered they defied the odds. But one battle stands out, the Battle of El Presidio. That was when the heroism and bravery of the Sons was truly acknoweledged. When the Mexican Army was busting through the gates and it started to seem as if the war was going to be lost Keith and Archer Hawkens and the rest of the Sons mounted up and burst through the side door killing hundreds of Mexicans while on horseback. Charging through the frontlines guns blazing, making a heroic final stand. The ARmy in the background providing cover as the four men on horseback drove out an army of hundreds. THings seemed to have taken a major turn. The Army cheered in joy and the Sons hearts filled with pride. But little to there knoweledge a mexican sniper was taking aim. The head of Keith Hawkens was in the sniper's crosshairs, but as Keith reared his horse up in a victorious battle cry the sniper fired his gun. As Keith and his horse fell to the ground it was as if it was in slow motion for Archer who slowly began to cry in fear his brother had been killed. But Keith was not dead no far from it. The sniper had killed his horse leaving no scratch on Keith. From behind the cover of his dead horse Keith aimed his Henry Riffle at the snipers head. The sniper was now taking aim at Archer and Keith waited for the right moment to fire. As Archer looked fracticaly around trying to find the shooter he heard the blast of a single gun shot followed by a cry of agony. Turning his head sharply Archer watched as the Mexican sniper fell out of his hiding place. It was done the battle was over and The American Army had once again restored peace to the land. But not without the help of four brave volunteers known as the Sons of Liberty.
